Biography
Robert is a Professor at the UKZN, School of Law, Pietermaritzburg Campus, Pietermaritzburg where he lectures in Contract; Insurance and Agency; Security and Insolvency. He holds qualifications in Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) as well as Bachelor of Law (LLB) obtained from University of Natal and is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court, South Africa. His research interests include Contract law; Insolvency; Banking law and Negotiable Instruments and he has numerous publications to his name.
