Biography:

Mr Avishkaar Ramdhin is a Lecturer in the fields of Negotiable Instruments, Criminal Law, Environmental Law, Administrative Law and Land Use and Planning. He holds a Bachelor of Law (LLB) degree summa cum laude and a Master in Law (LLM) degree in environmental law from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (UKZN). Ramdhin is an admitted Attorney of the High Court, South Africa, a qualified Conveyancer and a Honourary member of the Golden Key International Honour Society. His research interests include Criminal Law, Environmental Law and Banking Law.
