Peter Munyi earned his PhD in Law from Wageningen University & Research where his research focused on responsible use of intellectual property in agricultural innovations. He undertook part of his doctoral research at University of Bergen and University of Cape Town. He holds a LL.M, specializing in European Intellectual property Law from Stockholm University and his LL.B degree from Moi University. A legal practitioner and scholar, Peter’s research transcends intellectual property, access and benefit sharing and public health.
Peter is a Lecturer of law at the Faculty of Law, University of Nairobi, where he also undertook his post-doctoral research.
