
Lecturer
Seshni Govindasamy is a lecturer at the School of Law, where she lectures human rights, jurisprudence and civil procedure. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, where she is currently pursuing her PhD. She is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Her professional experience includes practicing as an attorney, serving as a law clerk to Justice Malcolm Wallis of the Supreme Court of Appeal and working as a judicial law researcher.
