Ms Devarasi Bellengere is a lecturer in the field of Intellectual Property, Cyber Law and Corporate Law at the School of Law. She holds LLB (UDW) and LLM (UNISA) degrees and is currently a PhD candidate. She is also an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Her research interests are in intellectual Property law and Internet law, specifically regulation, net neutrality and the Internet of Things.
