Biography

Mr Matthew Kimble is a Lecturer in the fields of Contract law, International Law and oversees the School of Law’s final year moot programme. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal . His master’s dissertation was on the regulation of private military security companies especially within South Africa, in which he still has a research interest.

Kimble is currently pursuing a PhD and writing on the topic of the internal deployments of the South African National Defence Force.
