Biography

Ms Mendy Khumalo holds an LLB and LLM in Medical Law, obtained from the University of KwaZulu-Natal. She served her articles at Adams and Adams Attorneys and is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa. She has an interest in teaching and learning and has lectured on various legal modules in a private higher education institution. Her research interests include Customary Law, Medical Law and Company Law.
