Biography

I am a PhD candidate at the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal School of Law under the guidance of the Health Law & Ethics Research Interest Group. I obtained my Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at UKZN in 2019; I subsequently obtained my Master of Laws degree (LLM) at UKZN in 2021. My PhD studies will focus on competition in the private health care sector, fertility health care, reproductive health law and the regulation of medically assisted reproduction.

Currently I am an academic, lecturing at the Durban University of Technology. I lecture Commercial law, Business law and Project Management. Prior to joining academia, I was a volunteer paralegal for the Hillcrest Advice Bureau and Bursary Fund from 2019.
