Biography

Mr Mukwevho is a lecturer (Public Law) at the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Howard College Campus. He lectures in the fields of Human Rights, Law of Delict, and the Law of Property. Mr Mukwevho holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), and a Master of Laws in Human Rights (LLM) degrees from the University of Venda. 

Mr Mukwevho’s areas of research are Human Rights, Intellectual Property Rights, International Trade Law, and Environmental Law. Prior to joining the University of Kwazulu-Natal, Mr Mukwevho worked as a Candidate Legal Practitioner for a period of Two years. 

Mr Mukwevho is currently pursuing a PhD in Mercantile Law, with a specific focus on intellectual Property and cultural rights
